“India’s first of its kind!”
Travelling has always been my passion, fueling my thirst both for personal growth and professional endeavors. Over the years, I have explored numerous destinations, immersed myself in diverse cultures, and encountered a multitude of enriching experiences. However, my sense of wanderlust and adventure remain insatiable.
One fine day at Muscat airport, I was waiting for my flight to Dubai when I was captivated by the vibrant presence of an elderly couple. Their laughter and engaging conversation drew me in, sparking my curiosity.
I struck up a conversation with the old lady, who greeted me with a warm smile. As we conversed, she told me that they were on a vacation in Salalah and were now heading to their next destination. Delving deeper, I asked them about their favorite places.
The old lady replied with a twinkle in her eye that they preferred calm and quiet places, specifically ones with mist-clad mountains and lush green forests, and such nature-integrated retreats were their choice of sanctuary. Unlike the minute-to-minute planning of vacations, they valued the relaxation, rejuvenation, and emotional well-being that these havens provide.
Captivated by their stories, I couldn't help but inquire if they had uncovered similar havens in other places. Their reply was filled with optimism, confirming that they had indeed come across a few hidden gems. However, they expressed significant concerns regarding transportation and safety.
In a lighthearted manner, the old lady playfully mentioned how caravans, reminiscent of those in their homeland, would effortlessly resolve these worries and elevate the overall experience. The couple bid me goodbye, embarking on their next adventure, but their words lingered within me, igniting a profound inspiration.
Inspired by their idea, the notion of creating a haven based on their concept, a place where each guest would be welcomed with warmth & joy in my homeland, began to take shape. Eventually, I came across a visionary initiative by the Kerala government to promote caravan tourism, led by Shri Krishna Teja IAS and supported by the Hon’ble Tourism Minister Shri P.A. Muhammad Riyas. This chance discovery solidified my decision to establish India’s first Caravan Park with glamping site, offering a unique blend of nature, comfort, and safety for guests to enjoy peaceful serenity. And that’s how Vanani was born.
Hope you enjoy our one-of-a-kind eco-luxury resort!
