Cancellation Policy

At Vanani Holidays, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. We also understand that travel plans may need to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain transparency, please find below our cancellation policy.

General Terms & Conditions

  • All cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing and shared with our reservations team at the official contact details provided by Vanani Holidays.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment after deducting applicable service charges, transaction fees, and taxes.
  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges equivalent to the entire stay.
  • Policies may vary for peak season, group bookings, special offers, or packages. Any such variations will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

  • 30 days or more prior to check-in – 90% of the booking amount will be refunded
  • 20 to 29 days prior to check-in – 50% of the booking amount will be refunded
  • 15 to 19 days prior to check-in – No refund will be applicable
  • Within 15 days of check-in – No refund / full retention charges apply

Additional Information

  1. Certain bookings, including promotional rates or non-refundable offers, are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Amendments to reservations will be treated as cancellations and rebookings, and the above policy will apply.
  3. Refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
  4. For tailor-made itineraries or large group bookings, a separate cancellation policy may be applicable.
